How to Zap Zits with Green Tea

Men Can Use a Green Tea and Honey Mask Too

Step 1 – The only ingredients you will need is natural, unprocessed honey and green tea.

Step 2 – Heat a cup of water and add a bag of green tea. Allow the green tea to steep and cool down to room temperature.

Step 3 – Use a mild soap or facial cleanser to wash your face with warm water to open up your pores. Gently dry your face. Alternatively, you may mix a small amount of warm water with a quarter size amount of natural, unprocessed honey to gently cleanse your skin. Thoroughly rinse with warm water even though you will re-apply honey in step 4.

Step 4 – Using your fingers, apply a small amount of honey to your face and neck. Avoid the skin close to your eyes.

Step 5 – Leave the honey mask on your skin for 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Do not use any soap or cleanser

Step 6 – Dip a cotton ball into the green tea and gently rub on your face and neck.

Step 7 – Allow the green tea to dry. The tea will tighten and close your pores.

Step 8 – Apply a light moisturizer on your skin. Your skin will be radiant the next morning. The green tea and honey mask will sooth your skin and reduce the inflammation and redness of zits. After a few applications, your zits will begin to diminish and your skin will become clear.

A simple, quick way to use green tea to zap zits is to drink three to four cups of green tea per day. Use the warm green tea bag to wipe your face, removing excess oils, reducing irritation and making your face feel and look fresh.
